Clean Gauge (for semiconductors)



Features
Cleaner Bourdon tube :The inside of the Bourdon tube is made cleaner, thanks to a special cleaning method.
Low oxidation:A newly developed welding technique has reduced oxides deposited on the welds.
High strength:Major components, such as the wet part, gas-contacting part, inner mechanism and case, are made of stainless steel to increase the gauge durability.
High airtightness:Both G1 and G2 have passed helium leak tests, proving 1 x 10-8 Acc/sec. or under and 1 x 10-6 Acc/sec. or under, respectively.
Clean-room processing:Both G1 and G2 gauges are cleansed, assembled, inspected and packed in a clean room.
Oil and water prohibition:All these gauges are made as oil- and water-prohibitive products.
VCR circular joint:Equipping with a vinyl chloride resin circular joint is the standard specification of G1. G2 is made to order.
